This policy applies to all users of Recharge Kart services in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Recharge Kart is a brand owned and operated by PENEX SERVICES PVT LTD. It's a professionally managed business organization. Our business is completely automated and online with a strong support team dedicated and committed to success.
Important Notice:
All sales of services are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that you are responsible for the Recharge and all related services and all charges that result from those purchases.
Recharge Kart is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge or related services for an incorrect account number. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a service has not been delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction, then you may inform us by sending us an email to support@penex.in.
In such a scenario, you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include the following details in your email:
Recharge Kart shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of service, then you will be refunded the money within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your email.
PENEX SERVICES PVT LTD is involved in multiple business sectors. A transaction that fails for a reason that is directly attributable to Recharge Kart, and for which the user receives a corresponding confirmation from the associated payment gateway, will be refunded automatically back to the account of the user in a time period of 1 to 2 working days from the date on which the original transaction has taken place. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email ID of the user registered with us.
Please Note:
The amount pertaining to the applicable taxes and the payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
In cases in which the user receives the successful payment completion confirmation but does not get the services, the user is required to register a complaint with Recharge Kart. This complaint can be logged by the user by sending an email to the Customer Care email ID provided on the website. We will conduct a complete inquiry upon receiving the complaint registered by the user. Refund of the payment will be provided to the user account on the basis of results of the inquiry.
Please note that in all cases, the liability of Recharge Kart is restricted only to provide a valid refund to the extent of the payment received by us. Recharge Kart is not responsible for any consequential liability or claim that may be associated with the failure of the services of our system.
A user should accept that the refund policy is subject to the stated terms and conditions of the user agreement of the website.
Non-Refundable Items:
New User Registration Fee & One Time Activation Fee are non-refundable.
